New Delhi, June 12
Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on Tuesday announced the third edition of Antarashtriya Yoga Diwas Media Samman (AYDMS). The Ministry said that under the AYDMS, thirty-three awards or Sammans will be given out under three categories this year. The Sammans will be awarded under the Print, Television, and Radio categories in twenty-two Indian languages and English.
It mentioned that the awards are open to all Media Houses and Companies engaged in Print Media, Radio, and Television having registration or permission of the Ministry. The last date for entries is 8th of next month. The AYDMS was first instituted in 2019 to acknowledge the positive role and responsibility of media in disseminating the message of Yoga in India and abroad.
