Terms and Conditions of Guest House / Sound and Light Show
- 1. This e-Ticket is Computer generated from Portal and does not require Signature. Please produce this Ticket in Hard copy or in Mobile at the Entrance to Cellular Jail.
- 2. This e-Ticket of Light & Sound Show of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island does not include boat ticket. The boat tickets has to be purchased from Aberdeen Jetty. Please produce this Ticket in Hard copy or in Mobile at the time of purchasing Boat Ticket.
- 3. Entry will be permitted 15 minutes before commencement of the Show.
- 4. The e-Ticket once generated is Non-Transferable, Non-cancellable or Refundable. Photo Identity Proof of Visitor is must for entry to the show. Any attempt of impersonation will be dealt with strict action and the person will be liable for prosecution under relevant law in public interest.
- 5. Photo and Video recording of Show is prohibited.
- 6. National Memorial Cellular Jail is the ‘Karmbhumi’ of our Freedom Fighters. Please keep the premises clean from litter and violators shall be liable for minimum penalty for littering for Rs 500/- per offence.
- 7. As show is conducted in Open Air, it is subject to Cancellation at Short notice, due to inclement weather and unlikely / unforeseen reasons etc. The Directorate of Tourism shall not be responsible for any such event.
- 8. Register your Complaint regarding Non-Generation of e-Tickets through this portal shall be communicated within 24 Hours. For any Queries, contact the Director of Tourism, VIP Road, Port Blair.
- 9. We shall appreciate suggestion/feedback, if any at e-mail thedirectortourim@gmail.com or under ‘Feedback’ link in website www.andamantourism.gov.in with a view to improve the show.
- 10. If the information for booking is found wrong, the tickets will be deemed cancelled, without any refund and entry will not be permitted. Appropriate action way also be initiated for provided wrong information.
