Andaman and Nicobar Islands District Legal Services Authority is organizing a National Lok Adalat Concert on 15 June 2024 at Port Blair District Court Complex and Mayabunder Sub Court Complex and Diglipur District Court. In addition the complexity of cases pending in various courts, disputes in the preliminary proceedings are also dealt with in the State Lok Adalat, which are resolved by agreement of the parties. Pre-National Lok Adalat will held on June 15 at Port Blair 2024, Mayabunder and Diglipur for disputes involving NI act cases u/s 138, refund cases, labor disputes electricity and water bills cases (except non – combined), maintenance cases, civil cases, disputes under the Consumer Protection Act and came.

National Lok Adalat will be organized at the District Court Complex, Port Blair, Sub-Divisional Court Complex, Mayabunder & Circuit Court, Diglipur on 11th Dec.

Public may submit their disputes in writing to the Secy, Distt. Legal Services Authority before 30th Nov. for hearing.
